RETURNS

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at timmimensah@originalhiphop.com

It is best to contact us before returning any productswe do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.

If you choose to apply for returns or size exchanges to you or your receiver, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a product in another size.

Customers submitting a withdrawal request must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item and a description of any problem. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a withdrawal or refund will not be possible.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at timmimensah@originalhiphop.com with photos and descripyion of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges for "wrong" sizes or colors. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our size charts - we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at timmimensah@originalhiphop.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos and description of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund if eligible!

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

CLAIMS

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you or your receiver notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us at timmimensah@originalhiphop.com promptly with no delay and provide a detailed description and images if possible.

 

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the sender address. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your receiver (if and as applicable).

You hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong or faulty shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment or parcel and won’t be available for reshipping, if you do not proactively take contact and request reshipping at your own expense, and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

 

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Originalhiphop.com/Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language and by danish law, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at timmimensah@originalhiphop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility that fulfilled and shipped the order. When a returned shipment is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you and/or you receiver. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any losses or additional shipping fees.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types/conditions of items cannot be returned, like worn or used items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or items that are not flawed or damaged due to production or transport/shipping. We also do not accept returns for items without tags or original packaging. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or products that are returned due to declined payment of import fees in the rare case that an item is produced in another region than the items final shipping address. We cannot accept returns that relate to any of the conditions mentioned in the "Terms of service",  "Shipping policy" and "Legal notice" sections.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
