Shipping policy

Shipping estimates are based on types of product, quantity, place of manufactoring and shipping address, and may vary slightly depending on supplychain issues, distrubutors and carriers.

 But rest assured, we will do everything we can to manufacture, ship and deliver your purchases as quickly as possible :o)

 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping is calculated during the payment/checkout process to ensure we provide the best possible rates in accordance with our automated shipping system that combines the final shipping fee based on the variables of types of products, additional products, similar products, fulfilment and shipping region and final destination shipping address provided.

Additional items will mostly ship for just a fraction of the cost of the first item, however for some items that are of a certain size, type or require special packaging and/or handling combined shipping will not be possible and each item will ship individually.

 

PRODUCTION AND DESTINATION

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at timmimensah@originalhiphop.com, within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If a package has been damaged or does not seem intact you should not accept the delivery and file a complaint with the carrier who is responsible for the delivery and handling of the goods. If a package is declined upon delivery and returned to sender without filing a complaint with the carrier, we are (1) not obliged to accept the return and (2) not obliged to provide any or refund or support.
